Jan Rivenbark - Three decades of building business value

Since graduating Duke University with a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science in 1972, Jan Rivenbark has consistently led businesses to rapid increases in earnings and value. Rivenbark served as Executive Director for Global Financial Planning at Sara Lee Corporation, a diverse, multinational Fortune 500 company; as President of JP Foodservice, a billion-dollar distribution company; and as COO of PCA International, a $300 million retail company that licensed products to Kmart and Wal-Mart.  Here is a sampling of Rivenbark's accomplishments:
  • Conducted or member of the mergers and acquisitions team for over 40 companies from $1.0 million to $400 million.
  • Led $1.0 billion JP Foodservice to a successful IPO.
  • Substantial international operating experience for operations in Australia, UK, Channel Islands, Spain, Portugal, France, Africa, Canada, Mexico, Singapore and China
  • Doubled sales at PCA International, from $140MM to over $300MM, and tripled the stock price, from $8.00 to $26.50. Won Wal-Mart Canada Vendor of the Year.
  • Created millions of dollars of enterprise value for private client companies
